Osuuskunta Tradeka tukee omistajahallinnossaan mukana olevia ehdokkaita sekä Tradeka-konsernin työntekijöitä mm. luottamushenkilöitä ja työsuojeluvaltuutettuja, jotka ovat ehdolla vuoden 2025 alue- tai kuntavaaleissa. Tukisumma on 500 €/ehdokas/vaali. Jos on ehdolla molemmissa vaaleissa, saat tukea molempien ehdokkuuksien perusteella eli yhteensä 1 000 €. Osuuskunta ei tue muita kuin edellä mainittuihin ryhmiin kuuluvia ehdokkaita. Tukisumma on kaikille ehdokkaille samansuuruinen ja ehdokkaan on itse haettava tukea kirjallisesti. Hakemuksesta tulee ilmetä ehdokkaan asema osuuskunnan hallinnossa sekä tilinumero. Vaalirahoituksesta annetun lain (273/2009) mukaan aluevaaleissa aluevaltuutetuksi valittu tai kuntavaaleissa kunnan valtuutetuksi tai varavaltuutetuksi valittu on velvollinen tekemään vaalirahoitusilmoituksen vaalirahoituksestaan. Sekä alue- että kuntavaaleissa ehdolla olleiden tulee eritellä vaalirahoitusilmoituksella kaikki sellaiset tukijat, joilta ovat saaneet tukea vähintään 800 €:n arvosta. Osuuskunta Tradekalta tukea vastaanottavan ehdokkaan tulee tehdä vaalirahoituslain mukainen ilmoitus ja ilmoittaa siinä Osuuskunta Tradekan myöntämä tuki, jos lain mukainen ilmoitusvelvollisuus täyttyy. Tuen myöntäjäksi tulee ilmoittaa Osuuskunta Tradeka. Osuuskunta Tradeka julkaisee verkkosivuillaan vaaleissa annettavan tuen myöntämisen periaatteet. Pyydettäessä Osuuskunta Tradeka julkistaa myöntämiensä vaalitukien suuruudet ja tukea saaneet ehdokkaat.
